Year-Round weather/severe weather concerns.
Poland has a little bit of severe weather. The two types of severe weather they get is snow storms with freezing temperatures, and strong thunderstroms. The most severe months for snow are January and February. The temperatures can get to negative 20 degrees Fahrenheit. It is pretty close to the North Pole which explains why it is so cold. They get thunderstorms quite a bit too. The thunderstorms can cause flooding, but it rarely happens in Warsaw. Most of the time they get a lot of rain from the thunderstorm.

Weather throughout the year compared to Kansas.
The weather throughout the year is quite a bit like Kansas, except for the temperature and tornadoes. Warsaw gets the fog early in the morning with the dew just like Kansas. It has the thunderstorms and snow too. The only difference between the two cities, is that Kansas is warmer and gets tornadoes, and Warsaw gets colder temperatures.

What to encounter during the year.
There is not a whole lot to encounter in Warsaw. The only thing encountered would be rain, snow, and cold temperatures.
Would there be cold winters and warm summers?
Yes there would be cold winters and warm summers. Warsaw just has a different way of saying that. Warm summers for them are sixty to seventy degrees fahrenheit. Cold winters are in the negatives.
